I now see that the translation is not only unintelligible due to so many abbreviations but also plainly wrong. The correct translation is: Haga doble clic en el icono de adv[ertencia] en la barra [de ]est[ado] para ver este mens[aje] en el futuro[.]
It’s the Spanish translation of this IE message: In the future you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the Status Bar.
